Team Lead, NXT System Build

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. Onsite role in a two-shift basic working schedule, with at least 80% of each shift spent on the shop floor inside the TF cleanroom.

Indicative fixed annual salary: €67,000–€75,500, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Shift allowance and company profit sharing are additional.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team of technicians and engineers across eight teams and approximately 100 employees.
• Manage the NXT system build production process and deliver safety, quality, hourly, shift, and daily output targets.
• Hire, coach, set goals, monitor performance, and build collaborative, self-supporting teams.
• Plan short- and long-term resources, manage stakeholders, and provide backup for managers and fellow team leads.
• Drive problem-solving, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and New Product Introductions.
• Lead the transformation toward the TWINSCAN Factory Flow Factory vision and improve quality, costs, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant technical bachelor's or master's degree.
• At least five years of experience leading a team.
• Experience in flow production management and complex working environments.
• Experience with LEAN and FLOW as a natural team leader and with leading and coaching improvement projects.
• Excellent communication skills and confident written and spoken English.
• Availability for a two-shift schedule and predominantly onsite shop-floor work is required.
