Senior Content Producer

Location: Singapore, APAC. Hybrid model with staff required to work onsite 50% of the time; video shoots may require travel and flexible working hours.

hirify.global is a global news organisation producing journalism and client-branded content through its in-house FT Studio.

What you will do

• Lead multimedia projects from ideation to completion, including documentaries, animations, podcasts, digital interactives, and articles.
• Develop content strategies, creative direction, editorial direction, and project communications with clients and the Client Solutions team.
• Manage end-to-end production across multiple campaigns and coordinate writers, editors, video teams, designers, developers, clients, and external partners.
• Write creative briefs and video scripts, direct video shoots and post-production, and review, test, and proofread content before delivery.
• Develop regional partnerships and help establish a scalable production operation across APAC.
• Drive content innovation, advise on social media and video analytics, and improve production workflows and processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in video and digital content production.
• Strong leadership skills and experience motivating and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of journalistic storytelling, editorial processes, B2B communications, and thought leadership.
• Experience creating content for business audiences and working with clients in financial services, professional services, technology, or other complex regulated sectors.
• Experience leading video teams, designers, and developers in a fast-moving agency or complex multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent command of English required. Experience in the Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak a local Asian language.
• Degree or relevant experience in communications, media production, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
