Regional Trainer, Southern Europe (Consumer Electronics)

Location: Paris, France; the role covers France, Spain, and Italy and requires monthly travel for potential in-person training events across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

What you will do

• Deliver educational content to small and large audiences through in-person events, meetings, webinars, on-camera training, trade shows, and LMS platforms.
• Adapt communication styles for retail consumer electronics, installed services, AV experts, and retail corporate management.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and field advocacy teams to support product sales, advocacy, and consistent training experiences.
• Answer partner questions, clarify key topics, and identify opportunities for new training materials.
• Monitor consumer electronics and technology trends and maintain a high standard of presentation performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Experience communicating knowledge effectively to others.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Ability to travel monthly for potential in-person training events.
• Passion for consumer and professional electronics, audio, and home theater.
• Strong organization, project management, writing, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in technical education.
• Experience in audio-video retail, installation, or design.
• Experience managing LMS platforms, live events, and workshops.
• Spanish or Italian language fluency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere.
