What you will do
- Create mobile video ads designed to engage large audiences.
- Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new concepts for mobile games.
- Analyze how creative concepts perform and understand their impact on marketing results.
- Work within a small, diverse creative squad across hypercasual, hybrid, and casual products.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including testing new creative tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced video editing and content creation skills.
- Expertise in After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or Runway.
- Strong familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially hypercasual and casual games.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D software or Unity.
- Creative and hacker mindset.
- Understanding of how creative work drives marketing performance.
