Product Designer (AI)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office-based role

What you will do

• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, competitive activity, and user experience data, and turn insights into design solutions.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Map user journeys, identify pain points, and simplify complex product problems.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and design handoff, while reviewing and validating generated outputs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and designers to deliver high-quality products.
• Maintain and enhance the design system and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design principles and practices.
• Expertise in user interface and visual design, with data-driven design skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools in the design workflow and validating AI-generated outputs.
• Proficiency in Figma and a portfolio demonstrating design processes and problem-solving.
• Good communication, presentation, and ownership skills.
