TL;DR
Cloud Reliability Analyst (Cloud Operations): Supporting and troubleshooting Epicor cloud-hosted solutions and critical cloud infrastructure with an accent on SLA compliance, customer support, and service reliability. Focus on investigating technical issues, implementing fixes and automation, and maintaining availability across databases, applications, backups, access, capacity, and disaster recovery.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home. Weekend shifts are required.
Starting salary: minimum EUR 30,112.16 per year.

What you will do
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs.
- Communicate with customers, provide regular updates, and deliver guidance or training when required.
- Test and implement approved fixes, scripts, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts on complex incidents.
- Maintain accurate tickets, reports, audit trails, and technical documentation.
- Support cloud infrastructure, databases, backups, applications, user access, availability, capacity, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, cloud operations, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and database administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization, Kubernetes, containers, PowerShell, and automation tools.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification AZ-104 is required.
- Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Azure DevOps Engineer AZ-400 certification.
- Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate KCNA certification.
- Experience with enterprise applications, cloud-hosted environments, or managed services environments.
