What you will do
- Build and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as fastlane and GitHub Actions, plus unit and golden testing.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Native iOS or Android development experience or mobile automated testing.
- Experience with gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, or DataDog.
- Figma knowledge and open-source experience.
