App Engineer - Discovery & Consideration (Flutter)

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement new features in the shopping app using Dart and Flutter.
• Build high-performance UI components and complex frontend logic.
• Develop high-leverage features that improve UI/UX and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA specialists, and designers to define acceptance criteria and ship features.
• Participate in agile retrospectives and contribute to team processes.

Requirements

• Extensive frontend development experience across multiple frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Flutter and strong expertise in UI development.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable code and maintain codebase quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, autonomy, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and close collaboration with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment.
• Expertise in UI and animation development.
