Ambassador & Affiliate Marketing Lead

hirify.global is a digital healthcare company building personalised health and wellness clinics, including Juniper, a weight-management program combining GLP-1 medication, nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care.

What you will do

• Build and scale Juniper's ambassador program into a repeatable, scalable partnership engine.
• Identify, vet, recruit, onboard, and nurture ambassadors across different platforms, audience sizes, and demographics.
• Develop playbooks, onboarding workflows, activation frameworks, and measurement systems for managing a diverse roster.
• Brief ambassadors to create authentic, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, organic channels, and paid media.
• Measure reach, engagement, credibility, attribution, and paid media ROI to optimize the ambassador mix and investment.
• Collaborate with Creative, Performance, Social, and PR teams on campaigns, agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and brand alignment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Experience building programs from scratch or scaling them significantly.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including the differences between organic and paid content.
• Ability to manage partnership agreements and budgets and use metrics such as CPM, engagement rate, and conversion attribution.
• Experience creating scalable playbooks, onboarding workflows, and measurement frameworks.
• Empathy, cultural awareness, entrepreneurial initiative, and genuine interest in women's health.
