Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect (Thailand) (Data & AI)

Location: Singapore; the role serves clients based in Thailand and requires travel of up to 30% when needed.

What you will do

• Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers and their Databricks use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, production adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
• Act as the accountable technical leader and first contact for production and go-live issues across complex customer organizations.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Shared Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop plans for use-case acceleration, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and executive governance.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progression to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala, plus an understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience with technical program or project management, stakeholder and resource management, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and complex delivery.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives and connecting business value to project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Thai is required for direct customer communications with clients based in Thailand.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar performance targets.
