Senior/Clinical Research Associate (Client Dedicated)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to travel for site activities.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits while maintaining study documentation.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track recruitment progress.
• Establish communication with assigned sites and deliver protocol and study-related training.
• Evaluate site practice quality and integrity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers across global clinical trials.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
• At least one year of on-site monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel.
