UX Design Specialist

What you will do

• Lead projects from discovery through implementation to improve customer and staff experiences.
• Design passenger and staff journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct qualitative research and observations, then translate findings into practical solutions.
• Create experience strategies, service blueprints, and journey maps.
• Use data and feedback to guide decisions and measure improvements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in service design, UX design, customer experience, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of journey mapping, human-centered design, and design thinking principles.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to present ideas to different audiences and lead workshops.
• Experience in travel, transportation, or related industries is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with simulation tools such as CAST Terminal Simulation.
