What you will do

  • Provide operational support to clinical research activities, protecting subject wellbeing and supporting project outcomes.
  • Manage clinical staff, including work planning, performance reviews, professional development, employee relations, and HR decisions.
  • Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training plans, SOP reviews, and mentored training.
  • Allocate staff to clinical studies based on experience and training, and monitor workload and quality metrics.
  • Identify quality risks, create corrective action plans, and review the quality of clinical work.
  • Build partnerships with study sites to improve productivity, quality, capabilities, and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and people development experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client locations.
