What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and resolve technical issues for hotel staff.
- Implement and maintain hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and other IT systems with the IT Manager.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and data integrity.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, network connectivity, and internet services.
- Train hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security practices.
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate contracts and support with external vendors.
