Lecturer/Senior Lecturer - Health Leadership and Health Management (Health Leadership/Health Management): Teaching and researching health leadership and management across postgraduate and undergraduate programmes with an accent on research-informed learning, student supervision, and health-sector engagement. Focus on developing future health leaders, advancing scholarship relevant to Aotearoa New Zealand, and strengthening health systems and equity.
Location: Grafton Campus, Auckland, New Zealand; part-time role with flexible hours and working from home if feasible.
Salary: Lecturer NZ$99,788–NZ$119,204 and Senior Lecturer NZ$126,863–NZ$145,741, full-time equivalent; 32 hours per week.

What you will do
- Lead and contribute to teaching in Health Leadership and Health Management programmes.
- Design and deliver contemporary, research-informed learning and assessment.
- Supervise postgraduate research and support student success.
- Conduct high-quality research relevant to health leadership and management in Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Build relationships with health-sector partners and contribute to programme development.
- Participate in service and leadership activities across the School, Faculty, and University.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant discipline, such as health management, health leadership, public health, health systems, health policy, management, or organisational studies.
- Experience in leadership or management within the health or social sector.
- Demonstrated research capability in health leadership or health management.
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its relevance to health.
- Ability to build relationships across the healthcare sector, with excellent organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
