TL;DR
IT Service Manager, HR, QHSE and Analytics (Payroll and Time Management): Developing and harmonizing global payroll, time management, QHSE and PCC solutions with an accent on application lifecycle ownership, integrations and compliance. Focus on driving global solution adoption, managing vendors, maintaining roadmaps and aligning IT capabilities with business processes.
Location: Vantaa or Tampere, Finland; hybrid work options available

What you will do
- Develop and harmonize global payroll and time management applications and their integrations with PCC, finance and other systems.
- Act as the IT partner for People, Communications and Culture, Payroll and QHSE functions.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and services, from design and implementation through operations and retirement.
- Participate in business process and capability development, ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
- Maintain roadmaps and development plans with the Domain Lead and Enterprise Architect.
- Manage vendors to support cost-efficient and timely delivery of development and support services.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in IT or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience with relevant IT solutions.
- Strong Finnish language skills are essential for time and attendance systems and Finnish working time legislation.
- Experience with service management, application development and project management.
- Knowledge of QHSE and PCC processes and their impact on IT processes.
- Good understanding of payroll and time management processes, data flows, integrations and compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with global IT functions and services or studies in IT management.
- Experience with SpheraCloud, Nepton, Mepco, CGI Payroll or similar platforms.
- Experience with payroll or time management system implementations, upgrades or vendor-managed payroll services.
