Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Helsinki, Finland

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for shared mobile and web SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling across three brands.
• Drive adoption through partnerships with product teams, onboarding, rollout support, and migration planning.
• Lead, coach, and grow experienced engineers while maintaining effective feedback and development processes.
• Maintain a healthy platform operating model with clear intake, support expectations, and predictable delivery.
• Guide architectural and system design decisions for foundations used across multiple brands and app platforms.
• Contribute code, reviews, and prototypes while championing AI-native development practices and hiring new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior engineers.
• 5+ years of mobile or web engineering experience with sufficient depth for architecture discussions.
• Fluent day-to-day use of AI tooling and willingness to stay close to the code.
• Experience running a platform, SDK, or shared service used by other engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, data, analytics, platform teams, and stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Must be based in Helsinki, Finland.
