Salary: $225,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze financial data to improve profitability, mitigate risk, and optimize transaction costs.
• Generate trading ideas and translate them into actionable systematic strategies.
• Develop algorithms and back-test trading strategies.
• Rigorously evaluate quantitative models and their performance.
• Provide insights that influence global trading operations.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic record in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience with data manipulation, algorithm development, and back-testing trading strategies.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• An advanced degree in a quantitative field is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence in financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and risk management systems.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing environments.
• Experience with high-frequency or algorithmic trading strategies.
• Prior experience in trading, investment firms, hedge funds, or related financial institutions.
