Platform & Database Architect (Standard Service Platform)

What you will do

• Act as the technical link between clients, governance, project executives, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Understand client requirements and define suitable technical solutions.
• Design infrastructure solutions across systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases.
• Lead technical implementation and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Work across major cloud platforms and collaborate with subject-matter experts.
• Guide stakeholders and contribute to projects from initial planning through completion.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of data center technologies, especially systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases.
• Understanding of systems and solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data center technologies, cloud software, and interoperability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Background as a database administrator or other technology specialist transitioning into cloud architecture.
