Internship Game Designer (Playables)

hirify.global is a mobile game development company creating games and marketing creatives for a global player audience.

What you will do

• Participate in a two-month paid internship focused on playable game creatives.
• Brainstorm playable ad concepts and analyze game marketing trends.
• Create playable ads under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Analyze the performance of launched creatives and propose new iterations.
• During the probation period, develop game ideas and mechanics for playable ads within a project team.

Requirements

• Experience in game development as a Game Designer, Level Designer, Creative Producer, Creative Writer, or in a related role, including academic or personal projects.
• Strong interest in game marketing, game design, and the gaming industry.
• A portfolio with game-related work, prototypes, playable ads, or completed projects.
• Good visual judgment and a basic understanding of composition, color, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• A degree in a relevant field.
• Basic familiarity with Unity or another game engine, such as Unreal Engine, Godot, or RPG Maker.
