Founder Content Creator & Videographer

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite with global travel

A creator-led venture group building ventures across SaaS, consumer packaged goods, and healthy beverages in the Middle East.

What you will do

• Follow founders through brand deals, venture launches, partner meetings, shoots, trips, and day-to-day challenges.
• Plan series formats, story arcs, shot lists, and publishing calendars.
• Shoot documentary, vlog, and behind-the-scenes footage using mobile camera, audio, and lighting setups.
• Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, plus longer YouTube episodes.
• Publish and manage founder channels, including captions, thumbnails, timing, and performance tracking.
• Build a structured footage archive documenting how the ventures are created.

Requirements

• Portfolio of documentary, vlog, or behind-the-scenes content planned, shot, edited, and published independently.
• Strong camera, audio, and mobile lighting skills, with fast editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Daily use of AI for planning, scripting, editing, subtitles, and content repurposing.
• Ability to create engaging business content and identify important moments before they happen.
• Discretion when handling confidential deals and deciding what remains off camera.
• Based in Dubai, with a valid passport and freedom to travel worldwide at short notice; fluent English required.
