TL;DR
People Development & Culture Lead Expert (Automotive): Designing and implementing talent management, learning, leadership development, cultural development, and employee retention initiatives in an automotive manufacturing environment with an accent on country-specific learning programs, training needs analysis, and organizational development. Focus on managing the annual talent cycle, developing training catalogs and plans, evaluating employee feedback, and monitoring development metrics.
Location: Onsite in Nasr City, Egypt

What you will do
- Advise on talent management, learning, personnel and leadership development, values, and cultural development.
- Support the annual talent management cycle, including development conversations, performance and development conferences, succession planning, and related IT tools.
- Design, implement, and manage country-specific learning programs, training catalogs, annual training plans, and learning management system activities.
- Coordinate training providers, course delivery, content, billing, and relationship management, while delivering training when required.
- Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results, follow up on actions, and monitor development metrics.
- Develop employee retention concepts and support global people development projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in learning and development.
- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with learning management systems, ERP systems, MS Office, and e-learning software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
