HR Student (Human Resources): Supporting HR operations for a manufacturing unit of approximately 1,000 employees with an accent on employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. Location: Dimona, Israel; onsite at the Dimona facility

manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical applications.
What you will do
- Support the human resources department in a business unit with approximately 1,000 employees.
- Maintain employee records, follow up on trainings, and issue appointment letters.
- Recruit production employees by sorting resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with placement companies.
- Manage corporate publications, bulletin-board communications, birthdays, and corporate applications.
- Participate in welfare projects and other HR activities.
Requirements
- Current bachelor's degree student in social sciences required.
- Availability for at least three days per week required, with additional working days during semester holidays.
- High-level proficiency with office software required.
- Good reading and writing skills in English and Russian required.
