is a skill-based mobile gaming company developing a large-scale B2C platform that supports tens of millions of daily tournaments and connects players through social competitions.
What you will do
- Own the visual vision and artistic direction across the mobile game portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary art and design teams through managers.
- Maintain artistic quality, visual consistency, and design standards across games.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Tech leadership to align creative direction with business and product goals.
- Integrate generative AI and automated pipelines to improve production speed and scalability while protecting design originality.
- Manage resources, team capacity, software budgets, and external vendors to support on-time delivery against business KPIs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Art Director, Head of Art, or Senior Creative Manager in the gaming industry.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary art teams through a structured management layer.
- Deep expertise in game UI/UX, 2D art, LiveOps, performance marketing creatives, and brand identity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on UI/UX design, visual storytelling, creative leadership, and business impact.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing, diverse design teams.
- Hands-on experience with modern production tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and generative AI pipelines, plus strong stakeholder communication and fast decision-making skills.
