What you will do

  • Coach and lead a local team of approximately six private bankers.
  • Represent the ING Private Banking organization internally and externally in the local market.
  • Develop synergies with business banking, independent and statutory agents, personal banking, and other departments.
  • Manage the team’s commercial performance and contribute to growth.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of private banking clients and contribute to team results.

Requirements

  • Strong connection to local life and the ability to create relationships that generate business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Result-oriented approach and strong commercial drive.
  • Change-oriented mindset.
  • Dutch speaking, with good knowledge of French and English.
