TL;DR
DevOps Engineer-1 (CI/CD/OpenShift): Enabling secure, scalable software delivery through CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment methodologies with an accent on OpenShift, release management, and DevSecOps. Focus on automating onboarding and delivery workflows, deploying microservices with Helm and service mesh technologies, and implementing GitOps practices.
Location: Hybrid, Istanbul (VADI ISTANBUL PARK), Türkiye

What you will do
- Enable end-to-end CI/CD and continuous delivery across software development and operations teams.
- Automate infrastructure, build, packaging, deployment, release, and onboarding processes.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShift, Docker, Helm, and microservices architectures.
- Support DevSecOps practices with quality, security, repository, and artifact management tools.
- Implement GitOps and service mesh solutions while continuously improving delivery tooling.
- Collaborate with development, quality, and operations teams to ensure secure and reliable software delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with Git, branch strategy design, CI/CD, continuous delivery, deployment, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift container image deployment and release management.
- Experience with Maven, MSBuild, Docker, Helm, Python, PowerShell, UNIX Shell, and YAML.
- Experience building and packaging .NET, Java, and mobile applications, plus deploying microservices.
- Excellent written and spoken English; the role is based in Istanbul with a hybrid working model.
