What you will do

• Meet one-on-one with an ING trainee in person or virtually.
• Learn about the content and tracks of the International Talent Programme and Junior Expert Program.
• Discuss trainees' personal experiences, daily tasks, challenges, and the application process.
• Ask questions about starting a graduate program at ING Germany.

Requirements

• Final-year student interested in joining the International Talent Programme or Junior Expert Program.
• Submit a CV.
• Submit a motivation letter specifying the preferred program and track.
• Indicate the desired program start date.
• Meet the entry requirements for the relevant trainee program.
