React Native Engineer (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Own mobile features from problem definition and design through launch, measurement, and post-release iteration.
• Build and ship high-quality mobile experiences that improve engagement and support healthy user behaviours.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of mobile features in production.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code using React Native or React.
• Influence mobile architecture and make informed trade-offs between delivery speed and long-term robustness.
• Use analytics, feature flags, and observability to measure outcomes and collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering partners.

Requirements

• Experience as a frontend or mobile engineer with strong React and TypeScript fundamentals.
• Product-minded approach focused on user needs, business outcomes, and long-term impact.
• Strong focus on user experience and the ability to identify and improve poor UX.
• Ownership of outcomes, clear communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-engineering partners.
• Ability to work across the stack when needed, including shaping APIs and collaborating on backend or infrastructure changes.
• Data-informed decision-making and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• React Native experience; strong React engineers are also considered without prior React Native experience.
