Programmatic Associate Trader (AdTech)

What you will do

• Set up, manage, monitor, optimize, and report on multiple programmatic advertising campaigns across the JAPAC region.
• Track campaign delivery against benchmarks and identify pacing, delivery, and performance issues.
• Prepare accurate performance reports and perform discrepancy checks across ad servers, DSPs, and client systems.
• Troubleshoot targeting, creative, tracking, delivery, and pacing issues with Traders, Ad Operations, and other internal teams.
• Generate and validate tracking pixels and ensure campaign budgets, flight dates, creatives, targeting, and pixels are ready for launch.
• Support campaign activation, pre- and post-campaign analysis, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in digital media, advertising, and/or programmatic advertising.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and confidence working with data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, learning-oriented approach.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Interest in developing a career in programmatic trading and progressing toward a Trader role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Manila, Philippines.
