AI Creator (Generative AI)

Zimran is a creative and performance marketing startup using generative AI to produce measurable advertising content.

What you will do

• Create prompt-driven UGC ad formats, including monologues, dialogues, split-screen videos, short dramas, and hook variations.
• Maintain consistent characters, including face, wardrobe, voice, and delivery, across film blocks and language versions.
• Adapt scripts for English, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Turkish, Indonesian, Latin American Spanish, and Traditional Chinese based on model capabilities.
• Identify and fix generation defects such as missing lines, lip-sync problems, voice drift, facial inconsistencies, visible seams, unreadable text, and moderation rejections.
• Test newly released models, benchmark them against internal briefs, and determine the best model for each format.
• Convert successful workflows into presets, pipelines, and LLM agents for broader team use.

Requirements

• At least 6–12 months of hands-on prompt engineering with generative models, including text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, reference-to-video, video-to-video, and audio generation workflows.
• Practical experience with current tools such as Seedance, FLUX, Wan, Kling, GPT Image, Seedream, and ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of performance advertising, including opening hooks, pacing, and scroll-stopping content for Meta, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Filmmaking and editing judgment, including shot selection, blocking, directing performances, and understanding finished-ad requirements.
• English sufficient for writing and reading technical prompts.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-intensity startup environment.

Nice to have

• Motion design experience with After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci.
• Basic experience building and configuring LLM-based agents.
