What you will do

• Write prompts covering benefit determinations, prior authorization, utilization review, and payer contracts.
• Review AI-generated coverage decisions and reasoning for accuracy and operational feasibility.
• Identify incorrect interpretations of benefit rules, contract terms, and utilization review requirements.
• Write correct answers and practical guidance based on day-to-day managed care operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in managed care, utilization review, or payer operations.
• Familiarity with benefit design, prior authorization, and payer contracts.
• Clear written English for producing explanations used as training data.
• No degree required; practical capability and relevant experience are valued.
