Expert IT Analyst (Core Banking/T24)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland, with three days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Drive requirements from discovery through documentation and handover to development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Identify dependencies and support delivery within a large-scale core banking transformation program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience in large-scale programs involving more than 300 participants.
• Fluent English and availability for a hybrid work model in Gdynia or Gdańsk.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hadoop.
