Senior Software Developer, Adaptive Performance (C++/C#)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Base salary: 639,400–959,200 DKK gross annually or €54,200–€81,400 EUR gross annually, depending on the primary work location.

What you will do

• Investigate CPU, GPU, memory, thermal, and runtime performance issues across hirify.global and supported platforms.
• Design and develop Adaptive Performance features that improve runtime stability, efficiency, and developer insights.
• Profile applications and engine workloads to identify bottlenecks and turn performance data into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with hirify.global teams, platform holders, hardware partners, OEMs, and customers.
• Contribute to technical design, implementation, testing, code reviews, mentoring, and AI-assisted performance workflows.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with C# and C++, including work in large and unfamiliar codebases.
• Deep understanding of CPU, GPU, memory, threading, and managed and native runtime performance.
• Hands-on experience with profiling and diagnostic tools such as hirify.global Profiler, Xcode Instruments, Perfetto, or equivalent.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills, with the ability to own complex and technically ambiguous problems.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including willingness to mentor others and share technical knowledge.
• Professional verbal and written English is required for regular communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Experience with graphics or hardware profiling tools such as RenderDoc, Snapdragon Profiler, or Arm tooling.
• Experience profiling and optimizing real-time applications across Android, iOS, desktop, console, or web.
• Knowledge of performance-analysis tools, runtime feedback systems, telemetry, machine learning, or AI-driven optimization.
