Java Developer (E-commerce)

Location: Remote

Salary: 500–1,000 PLN/day on a B2B contract; another stated range is 600–1,000 PLN/day.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core backend services for advertising campaign management.
• Build solutions that enable business users and advertising agencies to create and manage campaigns across multiple advertising channels and platforms.
• Develop budgeting and billing services supporting advertising activities.
• Design highly available and horizontally scalable solutions using microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams responsible for campaign delivery, frontend applications, and other business-critical domains.
• Communicate directly with Product Owners and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Good knowledge of backend development with Spring Boot.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and basic knowledge of MongoDB.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a modern cloud-based environment.
