Base salary: USD $160,300–$240,500 in Zone A; USD $181,200–$271,800 in Zone B; USD $203,600–$305,400 in Zone C, gross annually

What you will do

• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and penetration testing for hirify.global products, engines, editors, cloud services, APIs, and internal platforms.
• Perform deep code reviews and manual security testing of high-risk systems, including areas not fully covered by automated tools.
• Build and operate security automation for continuous code review, finding triage, and automated penetration testing.
• Assess AI-native products, LLM integrations, agentic systems, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams across the US and EMEA to implement guardrails, secure defaults, and remediation plans.
• Investigate application security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to secure development lifecycle and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in application security across complex, large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding and common vulnerability classes, including OWASP Top 10 and beyond.
• Hands-on secure development experience across several programming languages.
• Practical experience with penetration testing, security assessments, vulnerability management, and standard security tooling.
• Experience with cloud security in GCP, AWS, or Azure, plus knowledge of secure architecture patterns.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent written and verbal communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
