Product Designer, Global (Fintech): Designing and iterating user experiences for Stripe Dashboard and checkout products that simplify cross-border selling across currencies, languages, and regulatory frameworks with an accent on localization, scalability, and usability. Focus on prototyping and testing high-fidelity designs, conducting user research, and collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and design systems teams to build global payment experiences.
Location: Remote in Ireland or office-based in Dublin; office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of the month in the local office, while remote employees regularly work from home.
Salary: €93,000–€139,600 gross annual salary in the primary location.

What you will do
- Understand user workflows and pain points, then produce, test, and iterate high-quality product designs.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define product direction and experiences for new features.
- Prototype user experiences for research studies and internal communication.
- Design seamless dashboard experiences for global and cross-border commerce.
- Conduct user research to validate design decisions before launch.
- Collaborate with design systems teams to use and improve templates and components.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven technology company.
- Strong product design craft demonstrated through a portfolio.
- High-fidelity prototyping experience using modern AI tools.
- Close collaboration experience with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts.
- Ability to work remotely from Ireland or from the Dublin office location.
