What you will do

• Contribute to prompting, prototyping, agent development, scripting, and data analysis.
• Define evaluation strategies and create tests, datasets, and LLM scorers for system safety and performance.
• Bridge collaboration between clinicians, researchers, product, design, engineering, and partnership teams.
• Contribute to safety, ethics, and privacy policies while identifying gaps in tools, technologies, and methods.
• Shape the clinical direction and prioritization of Health AI products.

Requirements

• Medical degree and more than two years of postgraduate clinical experience.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying health AI products in academic or industry settings.
• Hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Experience owning projects end to end, such as founding or leading a project, company, charity, PhD, or early-stage startup initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously with ambiguity, move quickly, and exercise pragmatic judgment about product quality.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, writing, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
