What you will do
- Scale systems and maintain reliable production infrastructure as the company grows.
- Own critical infrastructure across AWS, databases, observability, and production operations.
- Identify and resolve reliability and performance issues before they affect customers.
- Automate repetitive operational work and improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong experience operating production systems in AWS.
- Experience with databases, networking, containers, and observability.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across different technologies.
- Strong automation skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to system ownership.
