AI Security & Governance Architect (Microsoft / Copilot) (AI security, governance, and Microsoft technologies): Designing secure AI platforms and governance frameworks for a regulated financial organization with an accent on Azure, M365 Copilot, compliance, and risk-based architecture. Focus on establishing enterprise AI security standards, aligning solutions with regulatory requirements, and coordinating security, architecture, and business stakeholders.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with 3 days in the office per week; valid working visa for Hungary required

What you will do
- Define AI security architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
- Design secure and scalable AI solutions across Microsoft technologies and Agentic AI.
- Establish and evolve governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
- Align AI architecture with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with enterprise architects, security leaders, and business stakeholders to shape AI strategy.
- Apply a risk-based approach to AI architecture and solution design.
Requirements
- Experience in IT architecture, cybersecurity, or technology consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI technologies.
- Cybersecurity experience with Microsoft security solutions, including Defender and Purview.
- Knowledge of AI Act, ISO 27001/42001, NIST, or DORA security and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in governance and compliance-driven environments.
- Fluent or professional-level Hungarian and English; valid working visa for Hungary required.
