Location: Burke (0560), United States; ability to travel up to 100% of the time with occasional overnight stays
Pay range: $26.25–$42.00 per hour

What you will do
- Complete assigned store maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
- Repair and maintain doors, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, lighting, electrical outlets, flooring, carpet, tile, paint, carpentry, laminate, wallpaper, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform exterior building maintenance, including low-elevation work, building and curb painting, ramp painting, power-washing, and common-area repairs.
- Help store teams and cleaning providers resolve housekeeping and cleanliness issues.
- Identify issues requiring external vendors and enter them into the web-based facilities management system.
- Report store-visit recaps, resolved issues, opportunities, and safety or cleanliness action plans to facilities and store management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience focused on doors, plumbing, electrical or lighting, and handyman services.
- Prior retail or office-building maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, websites, smartphones, and new computer systems.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and climb or work on ladders up to 12 feet.
- Valid driver's license, currently registered vehicle, and ability to travel up to 100% of the time are required.
