What you will do
- Guide clients through PRM solution implementation and onboarding.
- Configure and customize PRM platforms according to client requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions and document business processes, requirements, and configuration specifications.
- Create and maintain project timelines and implementation schedules while managing multiple implementations.
- Provide technical guidance, platform training, and implementation best practices to clients.
- Collaborate with support, development, and sales teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive platform adoption.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, active listening, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- English level: B2 Advanced.
