TL;DR
Software Architect (C/C++/RTL): Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting IP models for AMBA and proprietary CUP protocols used in hardware-based verification products with an accent on RTL design, protocol development, and customer collaboration. Focus on debugging emulation and simulation issues, developing new protocol features, and ensuring verification product quality.

What you will do
- Design, develop, update, maintain, document, and support IP models for standard AMBA protocols and the proprietary CUP protocol.
- Work with customers to adopt new features and specification versions for the CUP protocol.
- Collaborate with application engineering, product engineering, VIP, and ABVIP teams, as well as external customers, on emulation, simulation, and verification challenges.
- Contribute to cross-verification and cross-training activities involving AMBA IP.
- Help develop and apply lifecycle processes that ensure product quality.
Requirements
- BSEE degree or equivalent, with at least 4 years of industry experience designing hardware and software systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of C and C++.
- Required knowledge of RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog and experience with RTL verification tools and flows.
- Debugging experience and familiarity with team collaboration tools and processes.
- Ability to schedule workload and plan tasks independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with simulation or emulation products.
- Experience with AMBA protocols.
- CHI knowledge or experience.
