AI Tech Consultant (ERP/SAP)

What you will do

• Support ERP-enabled business transformation programs across requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Apply SAP Activate or other ERP delivery methodologies to support efficient, high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to business case development, PMO activities, and change management.
• Build exposure to SAP modules and value streams such as Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Participate in workshops and client meetings to align solution scope with business priorities.
• Support rapid assessments, as-is analysis, and delivery workstreams under supervision.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience with ERP systems.
• Consulting or systems integrator background with functional SAP experience in at least one module.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional designs.
• Client-facing experience with exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, ERP delivery phases, and program structures.
• University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; an MBA or MSc is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience owning discrete SAP workstreams or modules under supervision.
• Familiarity with generative AI and other AI-enabled productivity tools for research, documentation, analysis, and delivery.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc.
