TL;DR
Operations Planner (Material Planning/ERP): Ensuring reliable production through material planning, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization with an accent on MRP execution, replenishment, and KPI monitoring. Focus on resolving supply issues, reducing excess stock, improving working capital, and coordinating production, purchasing, quality, engineering, and warehouse operations.

Location: Onsite in Stryama, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Limited home office opportunity.

What you will do

  • Execute MRP, release purchase orders, and expedite critical materials for production schedules.
  • Optimize inventory and reduce excess or obsolete stock through root-cause analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • Manage supplier relationships, replenishment processes, urgent supply issues, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to maintain delivery continuity.
  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and working-capital improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of material-planning modules in ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Interest in learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
