Procurement Specialist (Electrical Switchgear Technical Buyer)

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers for electrical switchgear and local sourcing initiatives.
• Support regional and global sourcing activities, including e-sourcing, supplier negotiations, and renewal of price lists and commercial terms.
• Evaluate bids, provide market information to bid teams, create purchase orders, and confirm supplier deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance across delivery, quality, lead time, cost, sustainability, and compliance with purchase order requirements.
• Maintain SAP Ariba and Pro-Supply records, prepare procurement reports, and apply hirify.global procurement standards and processes.
• Adapt contractual frameworks, recommend and execute frame agreements, and ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, ethics, HSE requirements, and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector, preferably electrical switchgear.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Kocaeli, Turkey.
