Insurance Account Manager Training Program (Insurance)

Location: On-site; Florida 4-40 and/or 2-20 insurance license required or obtainable within 90 days

What you will do

• Learn customer service workflows and best practices for the insurance industry.
• Route policy documents and client notices.
• Navigate insurance carrier websites to obtain required information.
• Follow up with carriers on pending coverage changes and cancellations.
• Review renewal policies and endorsements for quality assurance.
• Obtain loss histories and issue insurance certificates.

Requirements

• College degree or a combination of education and comparable work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and comfort performing computer-based work.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Intermediate skills with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Currently hold or be able to obtain within 90 days a Florida 4-40 and/or 2-20 license.
