What you will do
- Act as a strategic finance advisor to HR & People senior leadership and support business and financial decisions.
- Develop business cases for investments, transformations, and new initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and month- and year-end close activities.
- Provide financial oversight for investments, cost targets, vendor negotiations, headcount, and compensation planning.
- Coordinate with global, regional, and local finance teams, HR, procurement, accounting, tax, and finance technology stakeholders.
- Manage direct reports, including recruiting, development, and career processes, while contributing to finance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an MBA.
- At least 12 years of related finance experience; professional services experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance strategy, resource planning, budgeting, investments, cost trends, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including scalable financial models and analysis of large data sets.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, service-oriented environments and manage concurrent priorities.
