Business Impact Manager

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office; fully remote work is not available.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans and operational enhancements for the Performance Transformation Americas practice.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, internal communications, management presentations, and business cases for senior leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor management information systems, budgets, capacity plans, and practice investments with Finance and Practice Leadership.
• Coordinate recruiting goals, senior candidate interviews, onboarding and integration efforts, retention analysis, and Partner performance review processes.
• Support commercial effectiveness, client requests, RFPs, marketing activities, editorial planning, and event logistics.
• Lead special projects and large-scale team events while coordinating with other geographies and functions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in professional services, ideally in an internal or management consulting role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and work-optimization tools.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, influence colleagues at all levels, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfort handling confidential and business-critical issues, ambiguity, ad hoc requests, and limited oversight.
