Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT)

What you will do

• Provide industry and functional expertise, research, analysis, and advisory support to case and proposal teams in the Information Services sector.
• Support business development, proposals, live cases, client workshops, thought leadership, publications, and other commercialization materials.
• Develop, maintain, deploy, and improve proprietary intellectual property, data assets, tools, and reusable knowledge solutions.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms to improve insight generation, problem solving, workflow efficiency, and knowledge assets.
• Translate complex sector topics into clear insights for case teams, topic leaders, and clients.
• Help onboard and train junior colleagues while collaborating with global topic leads, data teams, product teams, and asset owners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consulting experience in Information Services, data and analytics, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, technology-enabled business services, or adjacent sectors.
• Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant industry experience; 4–6+ years is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms for productivity, insight generation, problem solving, workflow automation, or knowledge asset development.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, and agile working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in developing data assets, analytics tools, workflow tools, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Experience in pricing, go-to-market, M&A, corporate strategy, product and data strategy, innovation, operating model, or service and support.
