Integrated Production Unit Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a production unit or line, coordinating personnel, equipment, and production processes.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, fulfillment, assembly, packaging, and testing to meet volume, quality, cost, and inventory targets.
• Allocate resources and maintain efficient operations in line with procedures, drawings, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Recommend equipment and facility improvements, identify production deficiencies, and oversee corrective actions.
• Resolve critical product and equipment issues with internal teams and own material fulfillment activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operational Excellence teams, including support for customer facility visits and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing and production.
• Demonstrated leadership of production and fulfillment teams.
• SAP experience is required.
• Experience localizing new products in a manufacturing environment.
• Already-held US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
